Private School Registration Form

Obtain the prescribed Registration Application Form by Filling up the fields given below

Note: Prior to filling up this form, application form fee amounting to PKR 1000/- has to be deposited to
PEIRA's HBL IBAN Account # PK04 HABB 0022110050005501 (through Easy Paisa, JAZZ Cash, UPaisa, HBL Challan form or through Internet Banking app).

The Registration Form will be sent to the your given mailing address through Courier Service.

Please fill the Registration Form and attach relevant documents that can be sent back to PEIRA through Courier Service or by-hand to the office of PEIRA located at Al-Farabi Center, Opposite NORI Hospital, Hanna Road, Sector G-8/4, Islamabad.
